Chapter 2

In this chapter, the men are gathered on Thursday to meet with the Time Traveller and hear more about his invention. When he doesn't show up, they decide to have dinner, only to be inturupted in the middle by him, whom shows up haggared looking, and very dirty and beat up. Later he comes to dinner and confesses he has been time traveling. The men gather around the fire and start to listen about the Time Travellers adventure.
